• Construction industry experience with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop accurate estimates, panel package pricing, quantity takeoffs, and project costs.
• Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, sales, and internal teams to address technical questions and project requirements.
• Prepare bids, estimates, and supporting sales documentation while maintaining organized project records.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate project handoffs to the design team.
