The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes based on customer requests and project specifications. This role works closely with sales, site survey technicians, and engineering to coordinate information and ensure project deadlines are met. The Estimator manages multiple projects, maintains the estimating schedule, and supports customer communications as needed.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong understanding of sales dynamics and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. They are skilled at translating customer needs into compliant, cost-effective solutions and thrive in cross-functional environments where communication and cooperation drive success. Industry knowledge in fall protection systems, suspended access work, and applicable California OSHA codes is highly desirable, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance throughout the estimating process.

This is primarily a sedentary position, requiring the employee to sit at a desk or computer workstation for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. The role regularly involves reading, counting, and writing to accurately complete required documentation. The employee must have the manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, phone, filing systems, and other office equipment. Occasional walking, bending, reaching, and standing may also be required.
This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch as scheduled with management.
