Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Pooler is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver a superior customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

You will document all interactions, guide clients through the repair process, stay compliant with DRP and insurance requirements, and collaborate with the management team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• I-CAR Training preferred or required.
• Minimum 1 year of estimator/DRP experience.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate and timely repair information to customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repair planning and communications with team members.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in production walks and safety meetings.
• Support the team and attend required trainings.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
