We are a mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive plumbing estimates and managing assigned bids from takeoff through submission. This position focuses primarily on commercial plumbing scopes.

About The Role

The Commercial Plumbing Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed estimates, coordinating pricing, and supporting the bidding process for commercial construction projects. This role works primarily within the estimating department and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial plumbing and medical gas systems.
