Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator for a Missoula-based role, focusing on delivering accurate, competitive bids across commercial projects including healthcare. This position offers collaboration with a respected team known for quality execution and long-term client relationships.

The candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, solicit subcontractor pricing, and support proposal development with our project managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience with healthcare or technically complex projects preferred.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual design through final bid.
