They offer self-perform, Concept to Completion and works primarily within Central Texas. Their a progressive commercial construction client with 40yrs experience in Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, and also Concrete - Self Performs Civil and Commercial Concrete needs: Flatwork, Precast, Structural, Excavation.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years Commercial Ground Up Projects
• Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects $30MIL to $250MIL
• Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, no high-rise, no multi-family
• Local work, home nights. Try to limit to 5 day/40-50hr work week. If need to work Saturdays.
