What You'll Do

• Be the first warm voice a client hears
• Run site visits and consultations to understand needs and dreams
• Develop high-level estimates that are clear, confident, and realistic
• Collaborate with Project Management for final pricing
• Ensure smooth handoffs and document everything in JobTread or similar
• Guide the early-stage client experience with empathy and clarity
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience in residential estimating or preconstruction sales
• Confidence, warmth, and professionalism with high-end clientele
• Fluency in construction language, budgeting, and spec clarity
• Strong organization and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with estimating software (JobTread, Buildertrend, etc.)
  
  

Compensation & Future Perks

• Full-time position
• Competitive salary at $60,000 to $90,000 + commission on new clients/projects
• Some remote flexibility
