Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in self-perform civil construction, preferably excavation and utilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and documents to establish scope of work.
• Prepare estimates for each phase of projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers during the bidding process.
