Job summary

A regional construction firm in St. Louis is seeking a Mid-Senior level Estimator to provide accurate project estimates primarily in civil, water/wastewater, and concrete markets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least five years of experience. They will be responsible for evaluating project plans, preparing cost estimates, and working closely with subcontractors and clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Estimating or Project Management.
• Competency in self-performing scopes including grading, civil utilities, concrete, or steel erection.
• Market experience in general civil, water/wastewater, concrete, T&D energy, renewable energy, or industrial.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete estimates for civil, water/wastewater, and concrete projects.
• Evaluate project plans, requirements, specifications, and jobsite conditions.
• Prepare preliminary project schedule and execution plans.
