Job summary

Software Placement Group (SPG) is seeking a Civil Preconstruction Estimator in Nashville, TN to lead estimating efforts on on-site civil projects. You will analyze drawings and specs, lead bid processes, and present final estimates to senior management.

The role requires 3+ years of estimator experience in civil construction, proficiency with Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, AGTEK and Excel, and strong communication and negotiation skills. On-site with potential travel for pre-bid site visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an estimator in civil construction
• Proven track record estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, sitework, utilities, etc.)
• Proficiency with relevant software: Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, AGTEK, Excel

Responsibilities
