gpac partners with a premier Northeast Ohio contractor to add a Civil / Site Work Estimator to their core team. The role focuses on high-impact civil, earthwork, and underground utility projects where your estimates shape execution and profitability.

This full-time, direct-hire position offers autonomy, a modern tech stack, and a backlogged pipeline across private commercial, municipal, and heavy highway work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work.
• Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools.
• Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.

Job Title: Civil / Site Work Estimator | Construction.

Location: Greater Cleveland, OH (Flexible / Unlimited PTO).

Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years up to Executive Level of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work.
• Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam).
• Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.
