Job summary

gpac is partnering with a premier Northeast Ohio civil contractor to add a Civil / Site Work Estimator to the core team. This full-time, direct-hire role targets high-impact civil, earthwork, and underground utility estimates that drive project profitability and execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of heavy civil estimating experience, strong earthwork modeling skills, and proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam, plus knowledge of ODOT standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work.
• Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools such as HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate high-impact civil, earthwork, and underground utility projects to influence profitability.
• Utilize modern pre-construction resources and tech stack for pricing work.
• Direct communication with field leadership and owners to shape bid strategy and buyout.
