Job summary

gpac collaborates with a premier heavy civil and site development contractor in Northeast Ohio to add a key estimator to the core team. You will focus on civil, earthwork, and underground utility projects where your estimates drive project execution and profitability.

This role offers autonomy with a modern tech stack, including HCSS/AGTEK/Bluebeam, and direct access to field leadership to shape bid strategy and buyout. A strong background in heavy civil estimation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years up to Executive Level of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work.
• Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam).
• Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.
