Job summary

gpac partners with a premier heavy civil and site development contractor in Northeast Ohio to add a Civil / Site Work Estimator. You will focus on high‑impact civil, earthwork, and underground utility bids where your estimates shape project execution and profitability.

Operate with autonomy, access leadership, and a modern tech stack (HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, Bluebeam) to price work efficiently. Requires 3+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil projects and solid knowledge of ODOT

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway projects.
• Proficient in earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools (HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, Bluebeam).
• Working knowledge of ODOT specs and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Civil / Site Work Estimator | Construction.

Location: Greater Cleveland, OH (Flexible / Unlimited PTO).

Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years up to Executive Level of dedicated experience estimating heavy civil, site development, or heavy highway work.
• Solid command of earthwork modeling and civil estimating tools (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, B2W, AGTEK, or Bluebeam).
• Working knowledge of ODOT specifications and Northeast Ohio municipal utility standards.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or substantial field-to-office experience.
