LeoForce is a leading construction management firm in the Greater Philadelphia Area seeking an experienced Estimator in West Chester, PA to support commercial projects with lump sum and negotiated bids. You will review bid documents, assess risks, and prepare competitive bid packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years in estimating for commercial construction projects.
• Experience with lump sum and negotiated work.
• Review bid documents and assess risks; prepare bid packages.
• Coordinate with PM and stakeholders to finalize estimates.
