Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin in Elk River, MN is seeking an Automotive Collision Estimator to join our customer-focused team. You will write complete, accurate estimates for collision repair work and leverage DRP guidelines and industry software to deliver quality results.

You’ll partner with customers and insurance providers, manage multiple estimates, and ensure timely, first-time-right repairs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
