Abra Auto Glass l Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for our Elk River shop. We are family owned with 30+ years in collision repair, offering a strong team environment and opportunities for career growth.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–5:00 pm, with weekends off, using frame and measuring equipment, following ABRA repair processes. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes and ABRA’s repair standards.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Able to identify parts and communicate with estimators.
• Dependable and a strong team member.
• Takes pride in their work; 2+ years experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes & adherence to ABRA’s technical repair processes.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Able to identify parts and communicate with estimators
• Needs to be dependable and work as a team member.
• Technical degree and/or 3-4 year experience in Auto Body Repair industry.
• Participation in on-going I-Car Training Courses
• Team member that takes pride in their work
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Looking to have enjoy their job and the people they work for

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
