Job summary

Penske Automotive Collision Center - AZ is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team. You will assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and present options to insurance companies, dealership personnel, and customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in the collision business, manufacturer training, and experience with estimating systems such as CCC, Rome, and Reynolds, along with strong insurance relations and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in the collision business, with manufacturer training and estimating systems experience (CCC, Rome, Reynolds, etc.), and outstanding insurance relations.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating and reconciling customer estimates, and processing data for management analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assess and appraise vehicle damage and estimate repair costs.
• Communicate estimates and options with insurance companies, dealership personnel, and customers.
