Job summary

Hansel Volkswagen in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a skilled Collision Repair Estimator who writes accurate, detailed estimates in CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with technicians, ensure repairs align with estimates, and participate in a fast-paced shop culture that values quality and CSI. A base rate of $32/hour with performance bonuses drives annual earnings of $70k+.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience as an Estimator is preferred.
• Experience with CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect.
• Superior CSI Score.
• Team orientated attitude and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable with computers.
• CDK/Paycom experience preferred but not a necessity.
• Must have great attention to detail and follow-up.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a criminal background screening.
• Pass a drug test.
• A valid and clean driver’s license.

PAY RANGE

$32 per hour base rate, plus performance bonuses.
Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.

Pay Defined:

The Estimator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $32.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.
