LEED ELECTRIC, INC. is looking for an Estimator based in Santa Fe Springs, California. In this role, you will engage in all aspects of the bid process, from reviewing plans to finalizing estimates. You will need a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 2-7 years of experience.
The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accubid. The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $120,000 annually.

The Estimator participates in all aspects of the bid/estimating process from review of plans and specifications to soliciting and negotiating prices from contractors/suppliers through completion of bid/estimating effort including closeout.
Minimum Experience: 2 - 7 years
Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar experience.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 annual salary

The posted range represents the company’s good faith estimate of the base salary range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, qualifications, skills, work location, union environment experience, and internal equity.
