Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction by preparing budgets, cost estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects. This role will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate costing and successful project planning.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction plans and schedules, and proficiency with Procore,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally with a general contractor.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, budgeting, scheduling, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, BuildingConnected, Destini and MS Office is a plus.

Position Overview
