Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction efforts by preparing budgets, cost estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects. This role collaborates with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate costing and solid project planning.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree, 2+ years of estimating experience, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, BuildingConnected, Destini, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction estimating experience, ideally with a general contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Primavera P6, BuildingConnected, Destini, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
