Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration, estimation, or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
