Bay Insulation Contracting Inc is seeking an estimator to serve as the key contact from quoting through job set-up to completion. You will coordinate project information into material orders and collaborate with buyers, salespeople, and plant divisions in an in-office role.

The ideal candidate has construction/insulation industry experience, solid math skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to multiple software systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in construction, insulation, or metal building industries preferred.
• Excellent Math Skills is required.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and/or construction background.
• Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems and applications.
• Previous estimating experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• “Division 08 Openings” architectural terminology knowledge a plus.

• Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport with Sales Representatives and customer contacts.

Bay Insulation Contracting Inc is actively looking for an Estimator. In this role, the right person will be the key contact from quoting through job set-up to completion and will coordinate project information into material orders sending on to be processed into sales orders. Maintains communication with buyers, salespeople, customer contacts, and plant divisions. This is an in-office position.
