Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document every customer interaction, provide accurate, timely information, ensure insurance requirements are met, participate in daily production walks, support team members, and help maintain KPIs and safety standards while upholding our core values of honesty,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction, updated efficiently and accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
