Job summary

MEP Resources is seeking an Estimator for a general contractor to lead estimates from early design through construction documents in Nashville. You will review plans, develop subcontractor scopes, and compare bids to close gaps, while tracking cost changes and assessing risks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of GC estimating experience, a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with OST and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating and plan review tools (OST, Bluebeam).
• Understanding of construction documents, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor pricing.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
