Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to support fast-paced commercial interiors and airport-related builds around Miami International Airport. You will handle takeoffs, pricing and bid preparation for restaurants, retail, lounges and other interior spaces.

The role emphasizes managing multiple estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to develop competitive bids while identifying risks and opportunities across a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of GC estimating experience preferred.
• Commercial interiors, renovations or build-out experience.
• Strong understanding of framing, HVAC/MEP, finishes and interior trades.
• Experience with takeoffs, subcontractor pricing and bid preparation.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality or healthcare experience is highly transferable.

Job description

An established South Florida General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Estimator to its growing team, supporting an exciting portfolio of projects and pipeline at Miami International Airport.

This is a great opportunity for an Estimator who enjoys fast-paced commercial interiors, multiple active projects and variety. You’ll be estimating restaurant and F&B concessions, retail spaces, airport lounges and other commercial interior build-outs across the airport.

• 5–7+ years of GC estimating experience preferred


• Commercial interiors, renovations or build-out experience


• Strong understanding of framing, HVAC/MEP, finishes and interior trades


• Experience with takeoffs, subcontractor pricing and bid preparation


• Restaurant, retail, hospitality or healthcare experience is highly transferable


• Airport/aviation experience is a plus, but not essential


• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously

You’ll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project managers and the wider preconstruction team to develop accurate, competitive bids and identify project risks and opportunities.

The role is predominantly based around Miami International Airport, with occasional visits to the contractor’s South Miami office.
