Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to support fast-paced commercial interiors and airport-related builds around Miami International Airport. You will handle takeoffs, pricing and bid preparation for restaurants, retail, lounges and other interior spaces.

The role emphasizes managing multiple estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to develop competitive bids while identifying risks and opportunities across a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of GC estimating experience preferred.
• Commercial interiors, renovations or build-out experience.
• Strong understanding of framing, HVAC/MEP, finishes and interior trades.
• Experience with takeoffs, subcontractor pricing and bid preparation.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality or healthcare experience is highly transferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive bids for multiple projects at once.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and preconstruction team.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and maintain bid schedules.
