Job summary

CollisionRight is seeking an Estimator in Memphis to be a key link between customers, technicians, and insurance partners. You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.

You’ll collaborate closely with shop staff to ensure repairs stay on track, negotiate fair coverage with insurers, and deliver clear timelines and cost explanations to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collision or automotive experience.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
