Highland Roofing Company is seeking an experienced commercial roofing estimator to join our team in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington. You will prepare detailed estimates, interpret blueprints, and collaborate with project teams to win and deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years estimating or roofing project management, a solid understanding of commercial roofing systems, strong organization, and clear communication skills to present proposals effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience or relevant roofing project management background.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities
