Job summary

Highland Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator for Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington. You will prepare estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects, review plans to determine the best approach, and utilize The Edge software to streamline processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years estimating experience or a strong roofing PM/superintendent background, with solid roofing system knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication in a collaborative team

• 3+ years estimating experience (or strong roofing PM/superintendent background).
• Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems.
• Great attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
