Job summary

Highland Roofing Company is seeking an experienced commercial roofing estimator to join our growing team across Charlotte, Raleigh, or Wilmington. You will prepare detailed estimates, review blueprints, and manage templates using The Edge software while maintaining precise records across our systems.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in estimating for roofing projects, a deep understanding of commercial systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience or relevant roofing project management background.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scope and materials.
