Job summary

Highland Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead our estimating team across multiple locations, ensuring accurate, timely bids and driving continuous improvement in estimating standards.

You will coach and develop estimators, manage bid calendars, partner with sales and operations, and travel to Highland Roofing locations to build relationships and strengthen performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience OR 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating principles.
• Experience with construction estimating software.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Experience with The EDGE estimating software (preferred).
• Process improvement experience (preferred).

Highland Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead and develop our estimating team while driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across our organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial roofing estimator ready to lead a team, an estimating manager from another construction trade, or a senior project manager looking to transition into a leadership position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and helping teams reach their full potential.

The role can be based in any of our offices – Charlotte, Raleigh/Garner, or Wilmington.

What You'll Do
