Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Malls is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator for our Collision Center. The role requires a background in automotive services, strong customer interaction, and the ability to explain estimates clearly to clients.

Ideal candidates have CCC knowledge and insurance DRP experience, with a track record of delivering accurate estimates and coordinating with insurers. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience in collision or body shop operations.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and sales results.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and customer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Gather vehicle information and understand customer concerns.
• Secure client agreement prior to repairs and explain estimates clearly.
• Thoroughly estimate time and cost for repairs and coordinate with shops.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and apply for supplemental work.
