Job description

Estimator – Outside Sales – Tacoma, Everett and Portland Locations

Crawl Pros is a growing company looking for experienced in-home sales professionals to join our team. We value our employees and are willing to train the right person, providing all the tools necessary for success.

Your job will be to serve potential customers through company-provided leads by generating quotes on their insulation, crawlspace, attic, and other services we provide. You can also supplement your income with self-generated leads for a recurring reward, accompanied by a large incentive available for those who qualify.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

1. Sales OR Building/Construction background
2. Punctuality, Neat, and Clean Appearance
3. Willingness to Network
4. Polite and Respectful
5. Ability to work independently with little to no direction
6. Computer Knowledge, Mac/Apple preferred
7. Detail Oriented, Team Player
8. Willingness to Listen and Learn

Preferred, but not required:

1. Weatherization background
