Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Manufacturing Estimator to join its Dover, NH team. This role blends manufacturing, engineering, design and sales to drive product development and costing.

The estimator will develop accurate product cost estimates using the ERP system, support standardization, and assist with new product implementation and transition from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with estimating or product costing responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, design, and/or sales teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate product cost estimates using the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain product structures, routings, and related manufacturing standards.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Design, and Sales on product development and process improvement.
• Support drawing standardization, prototype development, engineering change notices, and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
• Participate in new product implementation and transition products into production.
• Interpret technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Support ongoing process development and manufacturing improvements.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with established quality and environmental procedures.

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Manufacturing Estimator to join its team in Dover, NH. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, design, and sales while playing a key role in product development and costing.

This individual will be responsible for developing accurate product cost estimates using the company's ERP system while supporting product standardization, manufacturing processes, and new product implementation. The role offers significant cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to help bring new products from concept through production.

The good faith compensation range is $75,000 - $85,000 DOE.
