Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans, specs, and blueprints.
• Build estimates across all phases: conceptual, design development, construction documents.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and complete site visits to confirm scope.
• Prepare and submit proposal / scope letters to customers.
• Manage multiple estimates/projects at the same time with strong organization.
• Apply knowledge of electrical installation codes/standards to produce accurate bids.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers throughout the bid process.
