Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a Project Manager for a direct-hire, onsite role in Detroit, MI. You will read drawings, drive schedules, protect margins, and lead the build for commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. This is a direct-hire, full-time position based onsite in Detroit with salary targeting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years Project Management experience in construction.
• Experience with commercial/industrial construction and installation projects.
• Ability to read/interpret plans, specs, blueprints.
• Working knowledge of electrical installation codes/standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort managing multiple projects at once from start to close.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, objectives, and identify issues early.
• Own execution across scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, quality, and margin.
• Manage customer relationships in a business and technical environment.
• Build risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track and report budget, hours, expenses, profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
• Define tasks, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
• Plan/schedule/track timelines and deliverables (including Microsoft Project).
• Produce clear reporting on progress, problems, and solutions.
• Own key documentation: daily logs, RFIs, submittals, O&M manuals, as-builts.
• Support cost estimating and proposal development.

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established electrical contractor supporting commercial + industrial installation projects in Detroit, MI.
