Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of estimating experience in demolition, concrete cutting, or self-perform construction.
• Strong expertise in production-based estimating (not just subcontractor buyout).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience building accurate cost models based on productivity and real-world execution.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating tools (Vista/ERP a plus).
• Solid understanding of means, methods, sequencing, and equipment selection.

We’re looking for an Estimator who understands the difference between plugging numbers… and truly building production-based estimates that drive real project success.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced bid environments, knows demolition and concrete cutting inside and out, and can turn plans and specs into accurate, competitive, and strategic bids.

What You’ll Own
