Job summary

CollisionRight is hiring an Estimator in Michigan to join our collision repair team. You will assess vehicle damage, write accurate repair estimates, and guide customers through the repair process with transparency and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of collision or automotive experience, solid knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid driver's license is required to coordinate with insurers and customers.
