Job summary

CollisionRight in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring an Estimator to be the key link between customers, technicians, and insurers, assessing damage and writing repair estimates.

You’ll guide customers through repair timelines, coordinate with the shop, and negotiate with insurance partners to ensure fair coverage while delivering transparent, accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of collision or automotive experience
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
