Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Estimator / Civil Estimator with heavy civil experience to own bids on major projects in the Ohio area. You will drive pricing decisions, decipher complex plans, source subcontractor quotes, and support preconstruction with engineering and project management.

Ideal candidates have heavy civil (utilities or site clearance) estimating experience and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset for long-term progression in a fast-paced contractor

Are you a Senior Estimator / Civil Estimator from a heavy civil background looking for a high-impact role where you can take real ownership of bids on major projects and build toward senior leadership?

In this role you will lead take-offs and bid preparation, decipher complex plans and specifications, build subcontractor and vendor pricing, and support Project Management and Engineering throughout preconstruction.

This role would suit an Estimator with heavy civil experience (utilities and/or site clearance) who wants long-term progression, high responsibility, and access to ongoing development and industry events.
