Job summary

Project One® Roofing, a Texas-based roofing specialist, seeks an experienced commercial roofing estimator to develop accurate estimates from plans and bid documents. You will identify opportunities, run takeoffs, and price using StackCT or PlanHub, coordinating with PMs and sales to reflect field realities.

Open to remote or hybrid work, with compensation negotiable based on experience. You should be US-based (Texas a plus) and capable of meeting deadlines without supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience specifically in commercial roofing estimating.
• Working knowledge of StackCT, PlanHub or similar estimating software.
• Detail-oriented with the discipline to meet deadlines without reminders.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across a remote team.
• US-based; Texas-based is a plus but not required.

• Review commercial roofing plans, specs, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Identify and qualify bid opportunities — knowing which projects fit our scope and capacity.
• Run takeoffs and pricing using StackCT, PlanHub, or similar estimating platforms.
• Coordinate with project managers and sales to ensure estimates align with field realities.
• Deliver complete, accurate bid packages on deadline — every time.

Requirements
