Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, scopes of work to understand project requirements.
• Prepare complete and accurate construction estimates for assigned projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and subcontracted services.
• Develop project budgets using current labor rates and pricing information.
• Prepare RFIs, bids, and pricing summaries for review.
• Coordinate purchasing of materials/equipment after approvals.
• Convert estimates into purchase orders with accurate scope and pricing.
• Monitor lead times, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain filing with estimates, proposals, and documentation.
