Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience supporting estimators or bidding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid Support: Assist estimators with cost estimates, budgets, and final proposal assembly.
• Document Management: Download and organize project files, drawings, and specifications.
• Vendor Outreach: Coordinate with subcontractors, send bid invitations, and track responses.
• Schedule Tracking: Keep bid calendar updated and monitor websites for new project opportunities.
