Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera.
• Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written format.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through.
• Knowledge of construction and scheduling techniques.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids and quantity take-offs.
• Submit weekly quantities installed for productivity reporting on Self-Perform projects.
• Understand project documentation (drawings, specs, SOW, addenda).
• Complete document control procedures (RFIs, submittals, agendas, minutes).
• Prepare submittal packages with shop drawings for approval and update logs.
• Ensure submittals comply with project specs.
• Maintain project punch list or issues matrix.
• Review weekly productivity reports with PM and Superintendent.
