Job summary

Trident Systems seeks a Principal ProPricer Analyst to lead proposal pricing for U.S. Government and DoD engagements.

You will develop pricing processes, models, and tools, and work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Development to produce accurate cost estimates. The role combines hands-on pricing with capability development, including labor/material estimates, BOM-driven costs, and pricing narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience, or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in government contracting, aerospace, or defense proposal pricing.
• Advanced ProPricer experience and pricing process improvements.
• Experience building Basis of Estimate (BOE) packages and pricing models.
• Experience with BOMs, labor/material/ODC estimates, and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement ProPricer processes, workflows, templates, and pricing practices.
• Develop pricing methodologies for engineering development, manufacturing, and government programs.
• Create and maintain compliant pricing models for DoD and federal proposals.
• Develop, review, and validate Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to build accurate, defensible cost estimates.
• Support pricing reviews, executive reviews, and proposal strategy discussions.
• Train and mentor staff to grow pricing capability.
