Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking an Estimating Manager for its Oklahoma City projects. This hybrid role focuses on preparing cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals, developing economical construction methods, and delivering comprehensive estimates for major opportunities.

The candidate will collaborate with operations, field staff, trade partners, and clients, with a defined career path to Estimating Manager 2. 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Lead bid solicitation, pricing, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop scopes of work for trades and track value creation from development to project documents.
• Assist operations and field teams to find more economical construction methods.
• Provide training and mentorship to the project team.
