Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Estimating Manager in Albany, NY to lead preconstruction efforts for civil, environmental and infrastructure projects.

You will manage estimating, risk evaluation, and collaboration during project handoff on large-scale water, wastewater, utility and environmental schemes, offering input on bid strategy and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil, utilities, pump stations or water/wastewater projects.
• Strong leadership in preconstruction.
• Ability to estimate, assess risk and coordinate handoff across projects.

Responsibilities

Salary: USD150000 - USD180000 per annum + Bonus, Medical , 401k
