Job summary

Lumicity in Phoenix is seeking an experienced estimator to join our Water/Wastewater division. You will prepare accurate estimates for facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure, ensuring competitive bids and compliant submissions.

The role requires interpreting drawings and specs, developing detailed quantity take-offs, and collaborating with preconstruction, operations, and project teams to deliver winning proposals while identifying value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating heavy civil and/or water/wastewater construction projects.
• Strong understanding of treatment plants, underground utilities, pipelines, pump stations, or related infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and quantity take-off tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career with a nationally recognized contractor.

Responsibilities
